Trouble finding publications on new iPad Pro in JW Library

I just bought a new iPad Pro and when I install JW Library, the only items I can download are the Bible and daily scriptures. No magazines and the meetings tab says that no publications are available. I pull down on the Home Screen and it says check failed. This is a wifi only model. Any help would be appreciated.

This is a very common problem in devices where you installed JW Library afresh.

 

The solution is to simply wait a few hours or days. It will fix by itself.

 

If you are in deep urgency of using a publication, you can manually load jwpub file for the mean time.

Sometimes deleting and reloading one publication can speed up the process but usually it is just more waiting.

 

If all you have is the Daily text, you could delete that and then reload it.  No harm is done if it does not instantly fix the problem.

Ok. So I’ll patiently wait for a bit. In the meantime I’ll download the jwpub version for tomorrow’s watchtower and wait for the rest of the publications to show up. I think that’s the gist of what I have to do haha. Thanks.

Sorry you are having that problem. With my iPad 8th gen, I had no problem of getting all my jwpub files and extra stuff for ms jw.org login jwpub files.

 

Hopefully some time will be needed to solve problem.

When I checked this morning, everything was back to normal. All publications, music and videos were there. Thank you everyone for your help.
