Won't wake up..

Windows will straight up tell you to use their 5GB OneDrive to transfer from computer to computer after Windows 10. Over the internet. Apparently using a direct or local network connection is tooooo harrrrrd since they broke SMB. Sorry to say the simplest way anymore tends to be doing it manually using a local drive. I can give a couple MicroSD/USB flash drive recommendations. Most program and windows personal settings are under your user/appdata/. You can download several primary apps from http://www.ninite.com with no bloat. I used to use Chocolatey package manager, though it had some issues, but Windows 10 has finally joined the 21st century with it's own Winget package manager now, and here's an even easier way to use it, Winstall. https://www.howtogeek.com/700045/how-to-easily-install-apps-with-windows-10s-package-manager-using-winstall/ When it comes to general account/cloud stuff, that's easy enough with just a login. Themes and Windows settings can be synced across Windows sign ins now, though making a backup doesn't hurt. It largely depends on what all you're wanting to move.

Older systems.....  I use to take everything out and reinstall them to redue the metal connections.

The cmos battery going low usually is a tell when the system date goes off.

Then driver issues...  Back tracking new drivers could be useful...

I have a ryzen apu laptop... Seems to do just fine for me... Don.t need latest AAA gaming graphics....   😌

Do seem to remember this issue though.... If you have another harddrive you could try installing new os to a different harddrive temp take that one out.... Find out if its software or hardware....
