RUSSIA: "Unjustified, unmotivated cruelty against peaceful, unresisting

believers"

Jehovah's Witnesses continue to be tortured, and Russia is not following its UN Convention against Torture obligations to punish the perpetrators.

After one victim complained, they were amazed "that it was the very same investigator [assigned to the complaint] as is conducting the criminal case [against the other Jehovah's Witnesses]." Officials have repeatedly responded to Forum 18's enquiries by either not answering its questions, or

asserting that no torture took place or that a case has not been opened against the suspect torturers.

Keep the hands lifted in prayers!

1 Tim2:8

So I desire that in every place the men carry on prayer, lifting up loyal hands, …

Hebrews 13:3

Keep in mind those in prison, as though you were imprisoned with them, and those being mistreated, since you yourselves also are in the body

Come Lord Jesus!

1 Thess. 2:6-8

This takes into account that it is righteous on God’s part to repay tribulation to those who make tribulation for you. 7 But you who suffer tribulation will be given relief along with us at the revelation of the Lord Jesus from heaven with his powerful angels 8 in a flaming fire, as he brings vengeance on those who do not know God and those who do not obey the good news about our Lord Jesus

(1 Tim 2:8) So I desire that in every place the men carry on prayer, lifting up loyal hands, without anger and debates.

Oh my, so heartbreaking reading about the torture being inflicted on these poor innocent souls.

This is so senseless and cruel beyond reason. The torture these wicked demon possessed people are inflicting on our  brothers and sisters. Can't believe it is happening in this day and age! It pains our hearts so greatly just reading about the physical abuses. Such barbarism and wanton abuse of human dignity.

Spoiler

Both men's wives were dragged around their homes in handcuffs and suffered bruising and abrasions (see below)....

Praying intensely for our dear brothers and sisters in Russia suffering so much tribulation on account of their great faith in Jehovah and in his King, Jesus Christ.

Daydream -

Scientists have discovered that daydreaming is an important tool for creativity. It causes a rush of activity in a circuit, which connects different parts of the brain and allows the mind to make new associations.

It infuriates me to see news like these where Putin is willing to take the Taliban OUT of the extremist list for political reasons

and instead leaving there JWs :wall:
