I have a 5 min countdown clock I can share with you. It was from a convention. I will PM you.

Currently, we use a "Splash Screen" to alert people of the need to mute - we display it two minutes before the meeting and refer to it as the "two-minute warning"

We alternate during midweek meetings.

 

1 min before the meeting begins, we share screen the Year Text and following week we screen share reminders.

 

Weekend meeting it’s always the year text 1 min before meeting.

Back in the 2021 Regional Convention, I’ve created a custom countdown timer video file myself to use it in our congregation. I tried to make the design of the clock similar to how our organisation often design other materials, and made the video based on the other convention videos.

 

After that, it gave a somewhat appearance of an actual convention-like setting if played before the convention videos on Zoom. Similar to the pre-COVID-19 convention days. (Our congregation had an arrangement to play the convention sessions via Zoom videoconferencing.) Hopefully I may have a chance to do something similar next year.

Inspired by my post above, a brother asked me if I have created the countdown timer that could be used for this circuit assemblies with the branch representatives as well. Normally the branch does not have these in the assemblies, but I still decided to make one.

I believed the file may as well be useful for those who are interested in it, especially if your congregation has an arrangement to view the convention via videoconferencing. The design of the clock was created similar to this specific convention only, so it will become rather obsolete after the convention season ends, so I decided to share it here before the next convention arrives. Feel free to message me for this little 5-min timer.
