UPDATE #3 | Brotherly Love Prevails Amid Ongoing Crisis in Ukraine

We are saddened to report that two of our sisters were killed during bombing in the city of Mariupol. Currently, there are still more than 2,000 of our brothers and sisters who are unable to flee the city because of the heavy fighting. During the past few days, about 150 Witnesses succeeded in escaping. 

 

• 4 publishers have died

• 19 publishers have been injured

• 29,789 publishers have fled their homes to safer areas within the country

• 45 homes were destroyed

• 84 homes sustained major damage

• 366 homes sustained light damage

• 16 Kingdom Halls were damaged

I’ve just seen this update on our website. 
Sad to hear 2 sisters were killed. We pray for their families at this very sad time. 
It’s good to see how the brothers are organised to help these ones. 
Let’s hope and pray this war won’t last too much longer. How we long for a better world 🙏
