On my way back from Nigeria in 1987 I spent time in Europe.  The District Convention I attended was in Rome.  The English language session was in a conference room off to the side.  I met a brother from Egypt at the convention.  He was so excited to be there!   However, he would not speak a word about how the brothers in Egypt carry out their ministry and meetings.

We had a visiting brother give a special Saturday presentation about 3 years ago. He was serving in that area. He didn’t want pics taken and put on any form of social media. But he did show us a slide show of some meetings and some of the friends. They are a faithful bunch!  And they are very zealous and have success in their ministry.

Jer 29:11-“For I well know the thoughts I am thinking toward you, declares Jehovah, thoughts of peace, and not calamity, to give you a future and a hope.”

Psalm 56:3-“When I am afraid, I put my trust in you.”
Romans 8:38-”For I am convinced...”

One or two years ago a woman from Egypt sent an email to JWTalk admins thinking we were an official site from the organization. She had read something on JW.org and wanted a Bible study. Apparently she had requested a Bible study by means of JW.org but several months had gone by and nobody had contacted her yet. So we put her in touch with the proper branch for her country and at the same time contacted a sister from another country who speaks Arabic and could encourage and study with her by videoconference until she's contacted.

That shows that even in those countries where there are not many publishers Jehovah uses all kinds of methods to find those with a receptive heart.
