Software to schedule public talks

Do you use some software to schedule public talks that you can recommend? So far we are using an Excel spreadsheet but it constantly needs some tweaks.

 

I keep reading about JW Scheduler, but IMO using it only to schedule public talks sounds like using a sledgehammer to crack a nut. It only makes sense if you are going to use the whole package.

I'm not a public talk coordinator, but I looked at this app and it seem very nice. It seems easy to work with.

 

It even allows you to import speaker ratings, their talk numbers, their phone number, if they are an elder, pioneer, etc...

Carlos, I do not like JWSchedular for Carts at all, we switched to CartSmart (far superior) but JWS is good for Public Talks even as a Sledgehammer 

Also other aspects of JWS are very handy.  (we use it in my cong)

We don't need anything very sophisticated. Only something to schedule speakers and keep track of speakers and outlines.

we use the free program TheocBase https://www.theocbase.net which has the advantage of being free, easy, multilingual and cross-platform (Macosx, IOS, Android and Windows).  it can also be used for managing meetings and for public talks.

I've been successful using Google Sheets in combination with Google apps script if you want customize. It needs some programming skills but it's truly amazing what you can do with it.
