Science confirms these parts of the Bible

David really could have taken down Goliath

  • it is believed that Goliath, being a giant, may have experienced acromegaly, an excess production of growth hormone. As a result, he may have encountered visual issues, including limited peripheral vision, which could have been advantageous for David.
  • Although not the mightiest weapon, the stones from Elah Valley, composed of dense barium sulphate, would certainly have been capable of inflicting harm on Goliath.

Ocean Salinity

The oceans are salty, but not as salty as one might expect if they were billions of years old. This could suggest that the oceans, in their current form, might be younger and possibly a result of a flood.

Goliath was a Rephaim, a people known for being tall. So the entire race had acromegaly?

The article comes from starsinsider, they're an entertainment website on hollywood people. I can't bring myself to trust them on biblical matters, lol 😆

@JwanonThank you, brother for that correction. I should have checked properly before posting the topic. Do you think I should just ask the moderators to remove the topic or leave it as it is as a lesson we should carefully check the source of our material?
