ISO: Is Jehovah's organization perfect? reference

Good morning brothers and sisters. A brother scolded me a few days ago for saying Jehovah's earthly organization is not perfect. Now the research shows that while Jehovah, Jesus, the Holy Spirit, God's word and wisdom are all perfect, the earthly part of his organization is not since it is made up of imperfect people.

 

I am looking for a video. I feel like maybe this year or late last year there was a video where I believe maybe brother Splane mentioned that Jehovah's earthly organization Is not perfect, but we do our best with Jehovah's direction. I may not be remembering that exactly right. Does anyone know where I heard that?

Actually it is an excerpt from the talk by Brother Morris in July 2017 broadcast referenced by Sister @LeolaRootStew in the post above, Organized to Do God's Will

Of course that Jehovah's earthly part of the organization is not perfect. Otherwise we would never make mistakes nor understand scriptures incorrectly.

Jehovah has an imperfect organization made up of imperfect people, but still he manages to have his will fulfilled by means of it.

I like the point made that we are the only organization on earth carrying out our ministry in the right way, for the right purpose, with the right message, and having the right motive—all done so in harmony with God's word as found in the holy scriptures.

 

Don't ask me where I heard it ... a WT study, from the platform on a meeting part, a video on our website—I just know I heard it somewhere. Of course, those who know the Bible know this is true. 🧐🙂

Ask him if there is a perfect congregation, and if so, he is not allowed to be in it, as to you have to be perfect to be in it. He may have to wait a thousand years or so to join.

It would be more correct to say that the heavenly part of Jehovah's organization is perfect, but the earthly part, made up of imperfect humans, is imperfect. And yet, Jehovah is able to use this imperfect organization to make sure his will is done.

True, the earthly part has made mistakes, the light gets brighter.

There's obviously two sides to the story and some context we're missing but that comment doesn't get brought up because of lack of references to an article or video. It gets brought up because of a critical attitude.  He might need check the root of the problem, not the symptom.
