Just diagnosed with diabetes; how do I reverse my condition.

Let’s just state the facts here…. You may be able to ‘reverse’ pre diabetes but you certainly will not reverse long term diabetes

You can get it under control but that’s as far as it goes, it’s like saying I have reversed my alcoholism… no, once a alcoholic then always one, you get things under control and you continue to live a healthy lifestyle.

The only way you can stop diabetes is by finding out early that you are pre diabetic… so you start to see highs in your glucose levels, act firmly then and you may chase it away for a few more years.

You can't walk with God while holding hands with the Devil.

DR. BERG’S HEALTHY KETOSIS™ ACCEPTABLE FOODS LIST

PROTEIN

Bacon,  Beef jerky,  Cheese, Hot dogs, Salami, Sausage

This list is grossly out of date. I don't think a diabetic person would eat these highly processed food. Certainly a person with this condition would not eat highly inflammatory food and would instead focus on a diet that promotes anti-inflammatory benefits.

Scientists have discovered that daydreaming is an important tool 🎨for creativity. It causes a rush 🌊 of activity in a circuit, which connects different parts of the brain and allows the mind to make new associations.

Medical codes have recently been updated to indicate that people can put Diabetes Type 2 into remission. You can look it up. They no longer have any diagnosable markers of the disease, and thus, have reversed it. It has now been proven in research, which people already saw happening for decades. Typically the people who do so utilize methods that don't rely on the typical medicine based medical practices common in developed lands, and it is not reported. It's as simple as cutting out carbohydrates (which are non-essential), eating and burning fat for energy instead, and intermittent fasting. Insulin goes down, diabetes is no longer present.
