New JW Library update created problems with pen

The latest update to JW Library on my android tablet created problems with my pen. I now have trouble highlighting text with my S pen. For example, when I try to highlight a word in the watchtower, it will instead try to scroll the article up or down, or move left or right to the next article. This problem has happened before with previous updates. It was only fixed with a new update. Anyone else have this problem?

I've also had issues with the Windows version of JW Library on my Surface Pro 8 as updates in September 2025 and the latest update on October 2, 2025.  Copy and paste is not working when I want to copy material into notes.  This is either by tapping and selecting copy and then paste, or doing it via the keyboard command.  It only works like 3 out of 10 times and I can't find a pattern of why it's happening.

My friend also reported problems with his pen and windows device. It seems you have to hold the pen on a word longer before the highlighting starts. At this point, the only remedies are to uninstall the app and find and install the previous version (don't forget to save your study notes before doing this!) OR: wait for the next update which hopefully fixes it.

I don't use a tablet or a pen, but my daughter does. I haven't heard any comments about the latest update from her

My wife and I both notice this change on our Android tablets. Actually, it's not just the pen... I also use my finger to underline, and it is not working as smoothly as before. Hope they find a fix soon!
