App stopped downloading publications

I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing JW app problems, I use to be in IT so yes i have checked everything from Virus programs, to firwall, reinstalling app, ect... After installing the JW app 9i can not get it to download anything and this just started last month. I was wondering if it was on the backend, if there is a issue with Win 11 at this time? 

Any thoughts

@MPitts1 try "deleting" any old books or awakes! You don't use anymore, report the bug, and try reinstalling the app

Can you give more details? Are you talking about windows, ios or android?
Can you give us the version of both the computer/phone and what version of the app you are using? 
Then we might be able to assist and come up with some ideas or we might be able to reproduce the problem.

You mentioned Win 11 so you are on a Windows Computer.  Could it be a recent Win 11 update that is causing the problem.  Could you reverse out of it as an option.

The JW Library app in my Windows 11 computer is working and downloading files.  My JWL version is 15.6.59

We have raised the issues relating to software updates across various platforms in the past, too. Moving from Windows 10 to Windows 11 has caused me some problems, too, but overall the software seems to be happily compatible with JWL.

Try checking this folder, and delete anything there

and

also in the folder

deleting the files downloadmanger.*
