Lung cancer diagnosis

Pope  Leo has diagnosis and  lung  surgery, not known to be a smoker. The Shoes of a Fisherman  book stated that each cardinal had an assigned fireman in case his cig smoking caught fire. My own Catholic mother died from cigarette lung cancer at age 60.  Glad for all who have avoided dangerous habits.

Since the pope is part of the Holy See, if his surgery had required a saw, would it be a Holy See Saw? 🤔
