Smart Phone recommendation?

Recommended Posts

I am looking to get a different Smart Phone. I want as big a screen as possible and as powerful of an operating system as possible.

At&t service provider.

I am currently looking at a LG G Flex

Qualcomm Snapdragon ... 800 2.26 GHz quad-core processor

160.5 mm x 81mm x 7.9/8.7 mm size

JellyBean 4.2.2 operating system

I want to use it in field service and my current Motorola is a pain to use because the screen is so small for my failing eyesight.

Recommendations for a comparable phone would be welcome!

I really like Samsung products and the Galaxy S5 is a great phone! I just helped a friend set it up. The Screen is nice and big. It is practically waterproof if the cover on the data socket is closed correctly. The camera is really nice!

If I was due for an upgrade from me S3, I'd grab one. My S3 has been the most reliable phone I've ever owned!

Here are the specifications:

I think I finally got the right link! LOL

I just traded in my Galaxy S3 for the S5 - WOW! Is all I can say. I was changing the battery out in the middle of he day and now this one lasts a full 24 hours with heavy use. I am pleasantly surprised. It comes with KitKat, so its fast and runs everything android very well. The screen isn't HIGE like the Note phones, bit bigger than most. I am in love! just my opinion - oh and the camera - excellent.

I suggest the Note 3 because of the S-Pen feature and all tbe special S-Pen apps

There is also a cheaper version, the Note 3 Neo wich has the S-Pen also and all the apps and most things you would probably need also

Note3 vs Note3 Neo

I do enjoy the s pen. Thanks for the reminder. I love the way I can be in a phone call and all I have to do is press the pen button and tap twice to have a note pad to write notes. Really handy.

Even if you want a big phone, trust me, that is too big! Unless you want to use if as a tablet... But then it would be too small...

It's on the price range of the note 3 neo but lacking super amoled , quad core, s-pen, android 4.3...

My eldest son told me that Blackberry is a superior product but for some reason they just didn't keep up with the competition. Problem is getting apps for the tablet that are good for JW's.

For beautiful eyes, look for the good in others; for beautiful lips, speak only words of kindness; and for poise, walk with the knowledge that you are never alone.

What he says may be true. But only temporarily. Everyone says they have the superior product. The statement is so subjective. If the operator can not understand how to use it and achieves a more desired result with a cheapie, which is really superior?

Superior is not the issue. Which one does what I need is the issue.

Well Blackberry is still out front with the bb10. The apps are coming along and you can still use all the software the society has put out. We have had no problem using them. I love my Q10.
