It would be cool if they could do an on-line version of the "Mankind's Search for God Book". Have a headline "What Catholics Believe" then when you click on it, it shows their beliefs vs. what the Bible says in response (hell, trinity, etc.). Many people call themselves (insert religion here) but they really don't know what they believe. Maybe if they saw, say the trinity and then what the Bible really says about the subject they might think twice about what their religion believes, and in turn what they believe.

As with the "Mankind's Search for God" book, they could do all the major religions. If a person saw their religion listed is might hit a "hot button" for them and get them started digging into the web site.

That's one of my favorite books... But I doubt this book or any other of the older ones comes online. They are focusing more on new information (>2000). Plus new information is constantly coming so it is already a lot of work to put it online...

Anyway, in way or the other the aim of your suggestion is already in place, focusing mlre on what we do believe than to discuss what others

I love that book too! Growing up a witness... I had no idea what other religions were about. It showed me how truly different we are!

Jayrtom.. I guess what I was trying to say was...people might say "I'm catholic" but when you ask them if they believe in the trinity (or hell or whatever) and they say "No" this might be a way to show them what catholics believe and it might get them to question weather they are really catholic at all.

I'm just thinking out loud here..... If I was a baptist (or budist or muslim) and there was a place where I could compare my churches believes side by side with JW's I'd check it out.
