Does this count as after Eve, even though Eve had not as yet been given a name.

There was no tribe of Joseph. Jacob blessed Joseph's sons, Manasseh and Ephraim and declared that they would become his sons. These two sons of Joseph constituted 2 of the tribes of Israel.

Jehovah did not cover them with a leaf. They used fig leaves (very abrasive), and Jehovah made them clothes.
