Inactivity 4th Cause of Death

So true, many of us are pretty much chained to our desks for most of the day but even then it is important to get up and stretch every hour, walk around a bit.  I'm fortunate enough to have a desk that can adjust to standing position and it sure feels better than sitting all day.   Good reminder, thx for sharing.
