With us, it is Scotch Broom, Hymalya Berries, wild grapes, and, alas, Lupines. The first two are a search and destroy item. But, it will not be under control in this system.

We have Japanese Knotweed. There is some on the Chelmsford branch site which they are in the process of killing off. Very very invasive!

Micah 4:5 ......"we, for our part, shall walk in the name of Jehovah our God to time indefinite, even forever."

John 15:13 "No one has love greater than this, that someone should surrender his life in behalf of his friends."

I look at the woods, and see the invasive vegitation, and think getting this under control will be a part of cleaning up the earth. Establishing balance as Jehovah meant it to be!

We can help each other!

We have (or had) foxtails in our yard. I get out there with a small bottle of propane and my kitchen torch at the end of a grabber after it rains and zap them. I'll know this spring if I finally eradicated them.  The local law enforcement frowns on the real weed torch we have, haha. This is on a small scale though so probably not helpful to you miss Bea...

We have what I think is called, wild fig vine, on all four sides of our backyard walls. It grows like a parasite and will take over other plants and even trees, if not kept under control by regular trimming. It's very luxurious and beautiful to look at, especially in the hot summer months of Southern  California.
