Mississippi river...

Recommended Posts

As far as I know, there are thousands living in that area ..... parts of it are quite densely populated

Oh! ....... I guess you are asking if anyone ON THIS FORUM lives in that area :wall:

Buy it or not ..... that is my story and I am sticking to it -

If I was trying to be funny and had seen the "here", I would have come up with something better than what I posted .......

I grew up in Natchez Ms which sits on the Mississippi River about 90 miles north of Baton Rouge Louisiana, and about 300 miles south of Memphis. But, I don't live there now.emoji5.png

What's the average weather like there the end of April?

Spring in Ms is usually pleasant, daily high temperatures 75F to 80F. Nights maybe 65F to 70F. Spring rains occur frequently also with lightening and LOUD thunderstorms. Because of the various flowers in bloom, the surroundings are usually beautiful and lovely.

Depends on your definition of "often."  Springtime in MS is the planting season.  So yes it rains frequently, at least 2 to 3 times most weeks, if not daily. But I am talking about soft Spring rains, and the next morning all is usually dry again.
