Is there a version of the Bible Translation of the new world in standalone on Android or Windows ?

In France we had NWT Bible Pro.

I used to have the NWT Bible pro also by I think it is discontinued

On the other hand there is a very nice app which is the floating bible (android) that have the particularity that it can add scripture links to pdf files

No, the GB has not made it available in that manner. It is, however, available as both pdf and ePub to use with your favourite reader.

I have used that app for some time and it worked really well. It also allows you to see two languages at the same time.
