I'm 31 but I feel like I'm 21 again.

Recommended Posts

Is it normal?

I feel healthier, spiritually, physically and mentally.

I feel fresh each morning and my singleness enriches this refreshed feeling I have.

I was, in reality, weaker back then, due to my innate weaknesses but with my efforts, I have become healthier and healthier.

Age is nothing but a number, people say.

If health is well-managed, is this possible even in old age? Like when one is 70 or 80?

I wonder how healthy and strong Adam and Eve must have felt.... plus think about the holy spirit that was literally saturating them

Maybe...but it seems the more trips you make a round the sun,

the weaker you get. :lol1:

Seriously, Much of it is about your genetic makeup. Of course life style and environment are factors too.

When I discussed with my cardiologist why I had a heart attack, he put most of the blame on genetics. Makes sense because I have very large extended family and many of them have heart issues.

Sorry to hear about that, Br.Burt, my father had a heart surgery last year so I know what it’s like to have a heart related problem.. but he has become healthier, actually, since the surgery because he’s taking care of his health betther than ever.. like, reading many books and all.. genetics play a big part yet it seems how we handle it can also make a big difference!

I think if you have a fairly healthy lifestyle and no chronic ailments, the 30's are typically the prime of your life. I find I've had more energy in the 30's than the 20's. But for me, I had a reoccurring illness that affected me on a regular basis til I hit my 30's. I suffered a lot from migraines and at least had all the symptoms of CVS(Cyclical Vomiting Syndrome). I don't know if I'm a unique case or if a lot of ailments that affect you more in your youth, tend to peter out as you get a bit older.
