These books a readly found in older book stores. Virtually all of Russel's books are avaiable on Ebay. The DIVINE PLAN OF THE AGES currently lists from $8.00 US to $100.00 for the deluxe leather bound volume.

Today's listings: https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=m570.l1313&_nkw=divine+plaof+the+ages&_sacat=0

Also be on the look-out for late 1800 & early 1900 Watchtower reprints. A Bro in our cong found all the old magazines in bound volumes. It appears that the Russellites kept them and went over these as they were written when Russell was alive.
We had a set on display in the library at the Melbourne Assembly Hall. (Not sure if the library still exists after the last renovation.)

I love the old books.  Soooo much interesting history from the start of becoming From Bible Students to now Jehovah's witnesses.  To think it was printed in 1914.. the significant yr for Jesus cleaning out the heavens etc. I find fascinating .

That book may be printed in 1914, but it was released around  in 1886.

Christiania is in Copenhagen. Orebro, which is actually spelled Örebro, was the site of the Swedish branch from 1907. Before that, the branch had been located at various addresses in Stockholm. It usually consisted of just a room filled with boxes and a bed for the responsible brother, August Lundborg.
