Yes, I was there a young pioneer far from home suffering from fever and feeling just terrible. No one gave any thought to it, we just lived it. Stores did not run out of toilet paper.

I am not sying I am Superman, I am only saying that nobody has ever seen Superman  and me in a room together.

Some experts what mused over the question whether we should just live through this and let the flu run it’s course. But unless the curve can be flattened, this time we risk many more deaths. Of course, the cost of shutting down large parts of society is not free either. It comes with consequences that are hard to predict. It is much worse than temporarily running out of toilet paper.

You cant compare. This is different because this suffocates the patient. Without the machines to help people breathe they die.

If nothing is done then too many people needing breathing assistance die because there are not enough machines. That's why they are crying out for manufacturers to build as many as can be built. It cant just be left to run its course on those who are seriously ill.

Doesnt matter how old a person is, if they cant physically breathe they suffocate and die. A lot of people get seriously ill.

Another reason it cant be compared is this one is just starting. We dont know the end result or how many actual deaths etc.

Thankfully social media wasn't a thing then.  This entire panic buying is driven by social media.  Fear breeds fear.

Phillipians 4:8 Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are of serious concern, whatever things are righteous, whatever things are chaste, whatever things are lovable, whatever things are well-spoken-of, whatever things are virtuous, and whatever things are praiseworthy, continue considering these things.
