Strokes can mean what a painter does on a canvas, what a swimmer does in the water, a severe medical condition, the act of petting a cat and quite a few other things that can add up to quite a plethora.

Lot sizes vary greatly in many cities so, since some people found that, on a small lot they could build a Tiny House to live in, many cities decided they didn't like that and made it difficult to place a tiny house on a small lot by enacting new rules thus making a tiny house against the new ordinance.
