On Thursday, June 10th, dawn will break over the northeastern USA and Canada with a solar eclipse in progress.

I'm gonna drive up to Lake Superior and watch it unfold from there.  Best view is supposed to be across Lake Superior, up in Thunder Bay.

I will try to capture it, although it's my first time trying to do this 😁 It'll start here in Lithuania at around 1 pm (GMT+3).

Linda/Loopy and I watched it from my backyard this morning.

The no-see-ems and mosquitoes were VICIOUS.  

 

Between the trees and a low cloud bank, we missed most of it.  

But we were able to at least watch a part/partial eclipse.

 

We also had it playing LIVE on youtube while we were attempting

to watch it live here.

I have been chewed up a few times by no-see-ums. Nasty little things..🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟
