Hi everyone. Just a quick clarification. Please did you have midweek CLM meetings during the week of your recent circuit assembly?

No. The arrangement is to cancel the meeting before the Assembly. We have a Monday night meeting, so the meeting after the assembly was cancelled instead.

If you have a Circuit Assembly with the Branch Rep, the recorded version of the assembly does not have a Watchtower Study (since they have no idea what week you will be watching on JW Stream).  So our instructions are to have the abbreviated Watchtower Study (30 minutes no paragraphs read) on the weekend and then announce the CABR to follow.  So that Circuit Assembly has a brief weekend meeting.

EDIT: I attached the S-147 November announcement (point #8).

Hi Bro John... thanks for the info.

Please I get the abbreviated watchtower study before the assembly programme. I was however asking about the midweek Christian life and ministry meeting. Did you have yours during the midweek or was it cancelled due to the weekend assembly?

Alright... means yours was cancelled then👍🏾

That is correct.  But during a regular Circuit Assembly with the Circuit Overseer, there are no meetings during that week (not even a Watchtower Study).  The Watchtower Study will be presented in the online program.  So there is a difference between the two Circuit Assemblies.  That is what I was tring to express.  Some Circuits have the CACO in the Sept to Jan time assignment and others will have the CABR version of the program at the same time.

In either case, we cancel the Midweek Meeting.

Thanks a lot for the clarification.

Yours should have been also.  Those are the instructions. No MWM week of assembly.

Likewise, if the Memorial is midweek, then no MWM.  If the Memorial is on the weekend, then no public talk or Watchtower.

Phillipians 4:8 Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are of serious concern, whatever things are righteous, whatever things are chaste, whatever things are lovable, whatever things are well-spoken-of, whatever things are virtuous, and whatever things are praiseworthy, continue considering these things.

We have our assembly next weekend. So no midweek meeting next week then. What my family will discuss for family worship next week is settled😄
