6.⁠ ⁠Maintain high awareness of your surroundings when in areas associated with Israel or Judaism (Chabad houses, synagogues, restaurants, etc.), and pay close attention to any unusual activity, suspicious objects or suspicious individuals.

7.⁠ ⁠In the event of a threat or attack, report it immediately to local security forces (we recommend that you ensure you have local emergency numbers in advance).

The French Ministry of the Interior has raised its alert level and warned that there is a high probability of Iranian "sleeper" cells attempting a major attack on the European continent. The concern arises after the military escalation involving Iran, Israel, and the United States, and European intelligence services fear retaliatory attacks organized by agents linked to the Iranian regime. Counterterrorism experts state that these cells could act in two ways:

• direct attacks against Israeli or American targets

• attacks against "soft targets," such as public places or Jewish institutions in Europe. European authorities have already increased surveillance of:

• synagogues and Jewish schools

• diplomatic facilities

• public places with large concentrations of people. According to analysts, the Iranian regime has a history of operating clandestine networks and agents abroad, capable of being activated in times of crisis.
