This entire discussion about fake, cultured, reborn meat, or whatever other adjective some are apt to use is making me want to give up meat altogether. Or at least until I see a rack of ribs on my plate.  😐

 

The whole concept sounds so Frankensteinish.

Yeah, I'm trying to figure out how this could be incorporated into a real life replicatior. Combine this with 3D printed food somehow...

There's a lot of hubris and overstatement of what they really know when it comes to scientists. Bottom line is they don't fully understand the cell, it isn't structurally identical to meat we typically eat which is muscle, and messing with things in this realm is experimental and could have cancer risks.
