Some brothers might need to think about the overall effect their beard style (length, fullness, etc) has on their look or appearance.  Is it designed to enhance their ministry or just imitate the world.  Br. Winder used the words "looks sharp!"  (meaning crisp and dignified).  Those 3 principles need concientious review.
