Cemeteries of Jehovah’s Witnesses

Recommended Posts

A friend of mine attended a funeral at the Kingdom Hall of a brother who died. At the end of the talk i was announced that burial will be attacked the cemetery of Jehovah’s Witnesses. He found it strange and creepy to hear that we have cemeteries but it’s true. Theses burial places are tagged by the name Jehovah’s Witnesses but if they are own and managed by the local association of Jehovah’s Witnesses is unclear. Can anyone share some insight on this. Below are a few examples of same. You can also find them on google map “cemetery of Jehovah’s Witnesses”

The Watchtower Farms Cemetery is apparently fondly called “The Launchpad” by some Bethelites since there are a lot of those of the anointed whom are buried there but their passing launches them into their new assignment in heaven. You can check out the names of those buried using the link above. :)

" You can check out the names of those buried"...Some before their time, then. I found Brothers Samuel Herd, M. Sanderson, G. Jackson there, empty grave... I imagine all the others are there too. Looks like the launch pad is more than ready.

I learned that brother Knorr had a brother who apparently wasn't in the truth named Robert E. Knorr. He was 68 years old when he died and isn't buried in the Society's cemetery. He was a member and former president of the consistory of St. James United Church of Christ Allentown. Who Knew? :uhhuh:
