20 second delay in streaming on JW Library

Since the last couple of updates with JWLibrary I've noticed (because it is super noticable) that I have a 20 second delay now before something begins streaming.  (I'm using Windows 11 and my internet is super speedy).  Has there been a change in how they deliver streams? Or am I the only one experiencing this?  Streams used to start in 5 seconds or less but now average around 20 seconds.

Are you streaming audio or video?  I usually download instead of stream.  I just went to audio and chose original songs.  I picked out "True Friends" and clicked on the icon.  The music began in less than 3 seconds (almost 'instantly'.)

 

I have an older Intel based Core I-9 (10th generation) system running Windows 11.

I just checked mine ... I clicked on the Monthly Broadcast from the Home page after that I did the same with the Caleb video for this weeks MWM from inside the Meeting tab

 

They both started in about 2.5 seconds

 

I went to jw.org and tried a few videos there and they also started in less than 3 seconds

 

I have a AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor @ 3.59 GHz with 32 GB memory running Windows 10 Pro (64 bit) on a PC built in 2020

I got about four seconds delay on my phone, again this is on streaming not on a download, in about three seconds on my Mac.

 

Observationally it was about a half second that the video popped up on my phone, but it was still cashing it and did not start to play until about four second.

Could be a number of reasons, network or signal strengthen, weather, number of cells in your area at the time you where using, building structures

I'm pretty sure it is none of that.  It's something that just started happening. I have excellent wifi strength.  It only happens through JWLibrary with video's.  When I go to JW Broadcast I get the normal 2 second delay and then the video plays.  I have "stream over cellular" off in my video and download settings of JW Library because I use my home internet with this computer. So it's a puzzler to me as to what has changed with my computer or JWLibrary that is now causing this delay.

My computer runs Windows 11 (Home) with the following spec's:
Processor    AMD Ryzen 5 5600U with Radeon Graphics            2.30 GHz
Installed RAM    16.0 GB (13.9 GB usable)
System type    64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

 

And like I said, up to a couple of months ago JWLibrary ran flawlessly with no 20 lead's on the streaming videos.  So I suppose that narrows it down to Microsoft update that messed things up because my husband as the exact same computer with the exact same problem.
