I think the look could work but maybe it needs a different facial expression. His old avatar looked like a mischievous fun guy, the new one looks like someone who would ask for your wallet and you would have to give it to him. He needs one that looks like this without the tongue: Note the lack of head hair in that also.

Still looking for the before and after pics of them both. Took my wife to get her hair cut.... I am not used to short hair. She wasn't happy, but what can ya do? It's not like you can take it off the floor and glue it back on.
