For each meeting day they record the number present, the number on zoom and the combined total.  It stays on the board until the last meeting of the month.  Then the secretary takes it and puts a new blank form in its place.

we have 175 or so pubs and met with 2 smaller congregations that did not want the 9:00pm option

 

so we rented a large room at the Civic center

Our congregation of about 70 publishers had 119 in person at the KH and 26 (approximately) on Zoom, for a total of 145.  I haven't got the congregation to implement the Zoom total being done by a query when everyone logs on.

Hi friends we had a beautiful Memorial, we're a congregation of 129 publishers and we had 320 at our Memorial.🤗
