I would like to know please how to send to a few email addresses. Like for instance afriend wants me to help out with a tuperware business &send invitates to a few.

Sorry if I am not explaining myself properly.

So instead of doing this individually. As a time saver i would like to do send collectively.

When you are composing the email, put more email addresses in the "TO" box.

A lot of mail systems have another nifty thing. If the Name and Addresses are in your mail address book then in the `TO' box type the first letter of the persons name and a name or selection of names with that letter will pop up and you can select the one you want. The advantage of this is that it automatically puts the divider punctuation ; or , between them. Each mail service is different on what they use here.

Actually, if your email has the option, instead of using the "TO" box, use the "BCC" box. This way, each person will get an email addressed to them ... but they will not get everyone else's email address in their email.

Not everyone wants to get a large list of email addresses but, most importantly, not everyone wants their email address emailed to a group of people on someone else's email list.

The addresses get entered like this: first@someaddr.com; second@someaddr.com; andsoitgoes@restofemails.com
