Convention Lunches

Whatever I eat, I just make sure its a small portion. That way I have plenty of time for association, and am not dozing off during the second half... 

A quinoa vegetable stir fry is probably the favourite lunch I have brought so far, but usually just sandwiches.

RC at end of month. I am seriously thinking of just taking my most favorite snack and water. Walnuts and crystallized ginger. Something just so I am not hungry. Between the breakfast and, later, dinner, I think it will be fine. I am one of those who function better when I don't eat too much. Then just sit. Plus, the stress of trying to figure out something, then get it there, gone. Not that I am lazy...

I can't eat a sandwich at the lunch break unless someone reserves several chairs for me to use a bed for the afternoon session...LOL

 

This year we had:

 

Friday - Gigi salad (a salad with green beans, steamed shrimp, bacon, onions and fresh tomatoes with a vinaigrette)

 

Saturday - Salmon nicoise salad

 

Sunday - roasted chicken

 

All was served with fresh fruit, chips and cookies or pound cake.
