  1. We are told to always expect the unexpected. But if we expect the unexpected, does that not mean that the unexpected becomes the expected?
  2. Talking about going to the doctor.......... I went to the doctor the other day and he said " I haven't seen you for a while" I said " Yes, I've been sick"
  3. Update: 9th generation iPad ordered. Will come in three weeks with iOS 15 Will get a strong case for it!
  4. Thanks for the reply and the information Hinata. Having the screen fixed seems false economy. Probably will go for a new one 😁
  5. I dropped my 5th generation iPad a couple of years ago and cracked the screen. Up to now it was functioning with no big problems and I kind of got used to using it in that condition. However, recently, the cracks are getting worse and the touch function does not work well. I am wondering if it is best to replace the screen ( I don’t have apple care) or go for a new IPAD. In both cases I am wondering how I can transfer all my study notes froM WT LIb app to a new iPad. Even if I get the screen repaired it is suggested to make a factory reset before handing over to a third party to avoid privacy issues. So whatever I do, I need a way to avoid losing all my study notes etc. Is there any way to be able to do this without too much technical know how as I am kind of technology illiterate. If there is any advice on this it would be appreciated Thanks in advance.
  6. A brother started his talk at a Circuit Assembly with the question: "Are you a tractor or a trailer?"
  7. Thanks for the info. I have been using Eclipse Crossword ( Free) to make Bible Crosswords and have been sharing them among the congregation members during the last few months. They really seem to like the challenge. I try to make easy to difficult ones so all can enjoy from children to adults. It's helpful to increase my Bible Knowledge too! I am sure your app will be popular.
  8. I wondered about this too. I tried to see if I was missing something that Bro Jackson presented but looking at the accounts it seems that after feeding the 4000 Jesus went to Magadan and after feeding the 5000 he went to Capernaum. The walking on water took place after feeding the 5000. Can we get to grips with this presentation? I'm sure I must be missing something here...🙃
  9. This was started in June 2019 by VisualizeUrParadise, The original poem was this J - Jehovah! E - Eternal life I need H - Hopefully you will give it to me O - On condition that I stay loyal to you despite V - Vicious attacks A - And H - Hostility against me in the last days.... No one replied so I thought I would give it a go Nothing ventured..... J - Jonah E – Escaped to Spain H – Hoping it would save him pain O – Only to be swallowed by a fish (as a) V – Very tasty dish A – Allowed to go he did his best H – His destination? Well you know the rest. Any takers for the next one?
  10. "Sorry could you tell me all that again. I wasn't listening" (x3) New: What you shouldn't say to a Brother or Sister who thinks they can sing really well, but.... ( I am sure you get the picture) 😣
