What else do you have on your plate there? I see green beans and corn, along with what appears to be shrimp, looks like a surf and turf. What’s on top of the potatoes? Can’t tell what that orange veg is on the left, looks similar to yams.

Baked potato with a chunk of baked ricotta on top.  The white piece on top of the steak is a cauliflower in cheese sauce, the orange piece is baked pumpkin.  Here downunder often potato is baked with pumpkin and sweet potato.  We roast them in the oven in a little oil and seasonings until lovely and browned.  The steak was a tender piece of rib eye cooked to perfection on a Weber.

I had Skippy for lunch, along with mashed sweet and white potatoes with garlic and herb butter, along with brussel sprouts and broccoli.
