You need to be aware that these "free" things are a way to get your e-mail address, and offers of other stuff

Thanks Sister Peggy for your thoughts.

But if they do require my email address, I don't mind at all.

For several reasons:

1} I have several email addresses, 1 just for these purposes of just signing up for something.

2} But also now many companies offer specials, clearances, discounts, etc

     to their customers thru email. Even major companies do this such as Staples, Amazon, etc

     So these emails can be good.

 

Plus Vistaprint has become a large and credentialed company, they are not some unknown strange website.

 

Many brothers/sisters have mentioned here on JWtalk how they are looking for ways

to save money and others are looking to start a business or work at home,

so that is 1 of the main reasons I posted this deal here.

You can tell them not to send you stuff too or limit it sometimes even. I was getting emails from them almost everyday from a purchase I made from them. I wound up just putting an ignore rule in my outlook.

Yes, before we got our own JW cards, I bought 250 cards free from Visaprint and a metal like case for minimal cost. The idea was from a C.O. we used to have. He called it "Information Cards." The wording was suggested from his wife: Have Your Bible Questions Answered and underneath that: www.JW.org

Now that we have our own, I don't know what to do with them because there's still a half box full. I figured I'll use mine for if someone should ask how they can get in touch with me.

My husband and I, along with my daughter, have used Vistaprint for years (we used to move a lot) and we've never, ever had them email us trying to get extra business.    They used to give 500 business cards for free, but now its down to 100.   They're pretty good for an online site.   They're fast and professional, and I've recommended them to many others.

I've never had a problem with them bothering me either. Some sites do that but Vistaprint seems to be silent.
