JW Library app. Help!

I recently updated my jw library, and observed that some things got missing.

Previously, the app had multiple versions like KJV, interlinear etc. However, after the upgrade, I no longer see other versions. Only see NWT. (Books, publications, daily text are working correctly).

The version is 1.4.0.168

Can anyone help?

When you are in the Bible is there a little white box with an "A" and another symbol next to it? If so, tap on that and you should see the different versions of the Bible to choose from.

I noticed that too..the principle Bible is the 2013 NWT..however when you tap a chapter number where you are reading, the other Bible translations come up. I think the reason might be that now there is the option to download the Bible in other languages the English NWT Bible needs to be the main Bible to compare to the other languages.

That's strange, mine didn't download any new data, I just chose KJV and it switched to that version immediately.\?

It depends if it's an upgrade install or a fresh install.

 

My phone has the translations and prior books intact after the update, but my freshly formatted tablet only had the NWT and daily text downloaded, every other Bible and publication had to be downloaded manually.

Thanks a lot, I have seen it and have downloaded some versions. When I get more data I will now download more.

I didn't see that small box until I turned my phone horizontally.

Ya, I have to download any book I see before its installed. But not all the books are under the book section for download. Is that normal too?

Hi, this is Mike. Yes, it is normal. The only ones you can download in JW Library are the ones shown.

I've got a problem too! I have JW Library on my sd card, but every time I go to playback a video it says "video playback failed" even though it shows it stored on my sd card. Help please. Also watchtower and awake show up under books but when I try to open it it crashes the whole program, help.

Yay, a new bug! I have this problem as well. Hopefully another patch will be released soon.

Hopefully this crash problem will go away when magazine content is added.

I was just going through the app tonight. Noticed some new features like the videos from the Broadcast. Wow so cool. The Brotherrs think of everything. Aweome.

just one quest please how do I switch the bible from the referene to the standard version thanks friends?
