At least for android the tab for Watchtower is back but crashes

To be honest, not being critical, but I would have liked to have a download for all of the meeting material for the week rather than the JW Broadcasting Videos.  Seems to have gone video mad at the moment lol.  

 

I have a Galaxy Tab and the app works really well on there.  I use it daily.

The most recent update for iOS was on Feb 28th, and was mainly a bug fix. It's always been a very stable app for me.

A few weeks ago I had to uninstall boy JW Library app from my iPad. Ever since then, none of the parallel Bible translations appear.

There is a 'customize ' feature but the NWT is the only version that shows. No Byington, no King James Version, nothing else.

Anyone have any idea as to why?

Additional bibles and publications are no longer installed by default. Go to the language selector while in the bible view and you will see a list of bibles to download.

Hey I can mark on my tablet and make notes on my tablet, but I have to keep cleaning my screen

In using the jwlibrary in the past I was able to place the cursor over a Bible verse and click on the number of the verse and several Bible translations would open up at the right in a window. It seems I have lost that ability. I have had some PC issues recently and I am just without the knowledge to know what's going on. Anybody know about the situation????

Did you reinstall the app during this period? Because after the update, you have to manually download additional translations.

I may need instruction on how to accomplish "manually download additional translations."

After the last Android update (German), it chrashes regulary on my Note 10.1 2014.

I've just posted it at jw.org, curious for the answer...

If anyone else has this problem (?), I will post the answer here.

On my phone the jwlibrary app allows me to while in the Bible to tap on the verse number and a WINDOW opens up with that verse in The New World Translation - Reference Bible - Kingdom Interlinear if in Greek Scriptures - Byington - American Standard Translation _ King James Version. Below those is the slot Customize.

On my tablet function of DELL XPS DUO 12 it used to appear in the near same manner but a split screen with the other translations t the right and I could copy ad paste for example The King James Version into a email I was composing for the ministry.

Now though when placing the cursor over the number of a verse and cli the WINDOW that opens up on the right only contains the New World Translation wit the Customize slot below. When clicking on the customize slot the only choice is the New World Translation in English Nothing else appears.

I did not make the loss of the ability to only be on the Computer and or tablet clear above.

The language icon seems to missing on the Tablet - PC.

I have a Samsung 3 and I am taken to a new window but I have all the different translations. Unless I am not understanding your problem. I also have the language icon.

You have to download the other translations you want.. In any language available. After that, the ones you downloaded will appear on customize window

Right click (or the touch equivalent) while in the Bible view to see the language icon in JW Library for Windows 8.
