Phillipians 4:8 Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are of serious concern, whatever things are righteous, whatever things are chaste, whatever things are lovable, whatever things are well-spoken-of, whatever things are virtuous, and whatever things are praiseworthy, continue considering these things.

Even though it's "In the News & Current Events" section, do we really need to promote this kind of satanic Garbage here?

I am not promoting it!! ! But like the story on TV about the sex offender who is/was a Witness, we need to have a basic understanding of what the incident is about, right?

A sister here, is dealing with someone who saw that on the PBS channel, and is having difficulty processing it with ones she meets in the door to door work. If I hadn't seen it on TV myself, I probably wouldn't have give it much credence.

Where would you suggest it be placed, brother?

If you're going to "say" it, then say ALL of it ....

Mark 3:23 . . .So after calling them to him, he spoke to them with illustrations: “How can Satan expel Satan?

This is only the beginning...I imagine there will come a day when people will follow us around shouting like the demon possessed woman with the legion of voices..... O.O

I live in a temporary reality- awaiting the day I wake up to life in the real world!

Yes, Natasha, it can bring up all sorts of nightmares,, if you dwell on that.

On another note, in the future I shall make it a point to enter Scriptures, that might help one to dispel any remarks, about a subject from a person being Witnessed to.

Case in point would be this subject; spiritism, Gal 5:19,20; Rev 21:8; Rev 22:15.

Would someone enlighten me as to how Mark 3:23, fits in this?

My guess is that the pagan saying the prayer is a puppet of Satan, just as much as the lawmakers gathered in the room. The prayer is moot and invalid as it accomplishes nothing. But then again, Any prayer offered by anyone to any deity in that room wouldn't make it past the ceiling either :P

The prayer was scripted and read off a paper. So not only was it stupid in petitioning the elements (lol!) it lacked sincerity as well.
