Ringtones for Cell Phones

Can anyone recommend a safe ringtone site...I just got a new phone and I have never downloaded a ringtone song....I was

looking around on the internet and was unsure of the safety issues of the sites I saw.   I want to use a Stevie Wonder song as my

ringtone...FYI.

I made ringtones out of some of my favorite kingdom hall songs!  Normally I use Zedge for ringtones if I want something else.  Zedge is a free app for ringtones, notification sounds and wallpapers for cellphones.  You can download it at the playstore.

You can always do a ringtone yourself.

Download the full song. Open the file in Audacity, cut the part that you want and export it as MP3.

That's how I made some theocratic ringtones. If my phone rings during the meeting it sounds like the Sound brother started a song by accident. .

Richard and I are on the same wavelength here.  I've made my own ringtones out of kingdom songs so if my phone goes off by accident (because I forgot to put it on "silent") everyone looks at the brother doing the sound! haha!  By the way, the only person who has ever called me during a meeting was my brother-in-law (the elder!!!) from a neighboring congregation!  He forgot Tuesday was my meeting night!  Thankfully, everyone heard song #142 instead of "Low Rider" like what one of our Ministerial Servants has on his phone.

I had my phone ring while conducting the mid week Bible study. I shut it off and apologized for the interruption. It was an elder from another congregation calling to confirm my talk assignment as visiting speaker.

Here's one for ya':

Special Talk 2016. The speaker is giving the closing prayer. Suddenly a visiting sister's iPad alarm in the row in front of me starts ringing all during the prayer. She's oblivious to it, because hey, why would it be hers? The speaker starts trying to compete with the iPad, yet doesn't shorten his prayer. At the end of the prayer, the sister realizes it was her iPad causing the ruckus, and she frantically turns it off...I told her the only thing that came to my mind...

 

 'Sister, you should have done that during the prayer.'

I use the Ringtone Maker and Ring Music Player apps and have made some waaaaaaay cool ringtones for my cell.

They are both free from the Google Play store, and very easy to use.

We had a brother who likes to give lengthy comments in our congregation and as soon as he got the microphone someone's phone went off and kept on going and going!  He looked so annoying during his whole comment and come to find out, it was his own phone!!!!
