JW Library bugs

I think there may be a glitch in JW Library. I am running Android 6.0. I have all the orchestra arrangements downloaded in JW Library. I have the setting currently set to save videos on SD card.

 

Here's the glitch:

 

Whenever I select the first orchestra song to listen to the songs, JW Library plays it, and I then click on the Shuffle button so that I can hear the songs out of order. That's when the phone crashes. 

 

Has anybody else experienced this?

Have you tried restarting your phone to see if it still does it? Do you have the latest update to JWL (it updated about a week or so ago I think).

Yes, I've tried that tons of times. In fact, when the app crashes, the phone automatically restarts. I'm going to try to change the setting to save to internal memory to see I'd that works.

Sounds like a problem with the app itself.  I'm testing my phone right now, will know if it happens to me too as soon as the first song ends. I am also on Android Marshmallow with my phone, so it should be a good comparison.

 

Are you using a bluetooth device with it?  How is your battery power right now?

My songs are shuffling properly in the app and they are all on my SD card.  Are you sure your SD card is not counterfeit?  I only ask because I bought one at the beginning of the year that said it as a 128GB but it only had 8GB on it and whenever I tried to play something, stuff like what you are experiencing happened.  These cards have been programmed to show in your phone storage that they have 128 GB and you don't know they don't till stuff like this happens.

If you have a file manager on your phone, I would first confirm that those songs are where they are supposed to be.

I learn you can only set to save on SD card if you are using iOS dear brother

I don't know but it's sure bugging me. I sure hope "bugging" is not some sexual slang in a language I'm not familiar with. Boy would I ever be embarrassed.
