It's just a reporter and a sports commentator talking about sports with two Spanish public witnessing carts in the background.

The Hebrew word cushi or kushi is an affectionate term generally used in the Bible to refer to a dark-skinned person of African descent.

Indeed, and if you watch the clip, our 2 sisters come into view but modestly keep 'separate from the world' as best they can by staying seated and letting  all glory go to Jehovah.
