What's the Weather like where you live?

Montreal has an English language newspaper? What language are other Montreal newspapers using? I was only in Montreal decades ago; can't remember what language was practiced.

Montreal is predominantly French, situated in the province of Quebec, which is predominantly French. The province to the west of us is Ontario and is mostly English. Naturally there is some spillover, as the Quebec population becomes more and more English as you head west toward Ontario. So, most other newspapers in Montreal are in French.

Hey! This is :offtopic: We're supposed to be talking about the weather in here! Okay, so it's very wet this week in Montreal, with rain almost every day. These showers could produce significant rainfall amounts at a time where river levels are high and the ground is saturated. Each significant rainfall could produce 20 millimetres (¾ inch) or more!

It's sunny today after a couple of days of rainy weather but it's still cool. Mid-60s. Hope the southern part of GA got some rain as that's where the wildfires are.

It’s sunny, and a balmy 36F.

Yeah, that’s the U P of Michigan, all right. 🙄

And that’s the high for today

High 80s right now and dog in front of window air conditioner. Should reach high nineties and 60s next week. Planning for service tomorrow, but might make it afternoon only. We had some nice suggestions last night,  especially for young ones,  about teaching.   Hope someone starts a new study this week (CO here.) And you, too, whatever your service is this week.

Back to the weather and its effects, has power been restored? It is still dry here and long lasting fires. Some rain this week.

86 degrees F today and sunny with possible thunderstorms later tonight.

We had a heatwave yesterday; at about 4 PM it got as high as 93°F (34F), including the humidex. Now it's a much more comfortable 70F (21C). No thunderstorms in sight though.
