E - have to go with EGGS ... while im not sure it is a staple of the Israelites or later the Jews it's pretty safe to determine they were part of someone's cuisine at that time.

Here you go :0c2097985a11c663caa363360c1bd315.jpg

Ok.. so we got to X ??!!!

Let's assume that in all cases of improbability for Chinese person living in Israel at that time..would be hard to imagine following scenario... but just for the sake of discussion let's assume that there was a Chinese alien resident among ancient Jews and he would pronounce bacon

"xianrou" (bacon) :lol1:LOL ...

Man was created as an intelligent creature with the desire to explore and understand :)

barley

grain much cultivated in Egypt (Exodus 9:31) and in Israel (Leviticus 27:16; Deuteronomy 8:8)

It was usually the food of horses (1 Kings 4:28).

Barley bread was used by the poorer people (Judges 7:13; 2 Kings 4:42).

Barley of the first crop was ready for the harvest by the time of the Passover, in the middle of April (Ruth 1:22; 2 Samuel 21:9).

Mention is made of barley-meal (Numbers 5:15).

Jesus fed five thousand with “five barley loaves and two small fishes” (John 6:9).

One small crack doesn't mean you are broken; it means that you were put to the test and didn't fall apart..
