If these were earnest war preparations, there would be more than just 2 ships and a submarine.

As of 5 November more military assets were moved to that region.

Graham said that if North Korea continues to test intercontinental ballistic missiles, a war is “inevitable.”

This may be a bluff, but, if not, war is coming, for almost every expert believes that North Korea will continue its testing.

Let's see, Satan has his puppets, (his Asian puppets) NK to push the USA into a war, has China backing it up and Russia, right behind them.  3 navy ships headed towards NK because President is visiting SK on his Asian tour.    Well, I guess we all have to wait and see what comes out of this triangle.   Thank you for the person who posted the picture of the image and the stone not cut by human hands crash into the feet of the image and it blew up and will become like chaff in the wind!  I always loved that picture from the Daniel book!  Just keep praying for Jehovah's Kingdom to come!

Matthew 24:4 In answer Jesus said to them: “Look out that nobody misleads you,+ for many will come on the basis of my name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will mislead many.+ You are going to hear of wars and reports of wars. See that you are not alarmed, for these things must take place, but the end is not yet.+

“For nation will rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom,+ and there will be food shortages+ and earthquakes in one place after another.+ All these things are a beginning of pangs of distress.

Are we there yet?

Yes, since 1914.  Vs 6 is describing life between 33CE and 1913CE.  The Crusades, War of the Roses, American Revolution, US Civil War, Spanish American War, etc...

Starting with vs. 7 we enter the Last Days.

Phillipians 4:8 Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are of serious concern, whatever things are righteous, whatever things are chaste, whatever things are lovable, whatever things are well-spoken-of, whatever things are virtuous, and whatever things are praiseworthy, continue considering these things.

PRESIDENT Donald Trump made a cryptic remark on Thursday about the present time possibly representing the “calm before the storm,” but declined to specify what specific crisis — if any — he was referring to.

Trump made the remark during a photo opportunity at the White House as he and First Lady Melania prepared to have dinner with military leaders and their spouses, following a meeting with the officers.

“You guys know what this represents? Maybe it’s the calm before the storm,” Trump said, according to CNN.

I think trump is playing chicken with NK. He likes to keep his enemies guessing and uncertain.

If he had already decided to take some drastic action, I don’t think he would telegraph it. My 2 cents. :coffee:

Perhaps he is playing chicken with NK, but he also might be “forced into a situation” where he needs to go and act upon his crazy rethoric,

This world is highly unpredictable

True,  but again, I don't  think he would telegraph it. He has made a big deal about former presidents publicly announcing what they were going to do...and he would not do that.

I'm just basing my opinion on that. Of course anything is possible. It's a volatile situation and things can happen fast.

My guess is that President Trump is really fed up with Kim and wants to get rid of him. Americans failed to topple Assad in Syria. But it seems it is now much easier to convince the surrounding countries near North Korea and the rest of the world that it would be best to get rid of Kim. But as far as I know Russia is against it because of a risk of millions of lives that could be lost. But USA thinks Kim must be stopped now, otherwise in a very short time Kim will become even more dangerous, due to the nuclear weapons he is developing. So I think Trump is going to attack North Korea, because he has sent there three aircraft carriers and a atomic submarine and a large number of other military vessels. Why this military build up around North Korea, if not for war? And I think USA has prepared a lot of nukes for North Korea if necessary. And of course North Korea would try to retaliate. They could send a hydrogen bomb as they claim to US mainland or Japan or South Korea. But as far as I know if they aim USA, their ICBMs do not have a presice guiding system yеt. Probably they could not get a direct hit on any major city.

Interesting that USA is not seeking an approval from UN to stop Kim, but he went himself to Asia for a round trip to seek support and approval. So North Korea is finding itself against an other kind of coalition of nations. And this would be the beast in Revelation 13.

I think we are very near an attack on North Korea.

The news reports it has been 56 days since NK launched a missile test. Last week it was reported that one of their test sites collapsed. I haven't read any speculation yet about any key scientists being killed in the accident.

NORTH Korea's lack of missile activity could indicate leader Kim Jong-un is rethinking his aggressive strategy against the US and its allies as President Trump tours Asia, South Korean foreign minister Kang Kyung-wha warned.

North Korea could still strike the United States once its military "fine-tunes" its missile arsenal capacities.

Speaking to NBC News, Ms Kang said: "They are using this lull to fine-tune some technical aspects of what further provocation they might undertake.

"Further provocations are always possible and so we are watching very closely. But certainly, this period of lull gives us an indication that North Korea is also recalculating."

Don't give up .. it's just around the corner.

Any build-up to war would include positioning ground forces for deployment.  3 aircraft carriers and an atomic submarine alone wouldn't be enough to engage in any serious warfare.

There are South Korean 500.000 soldiers in pleace already

Plus American ones, plus American Assets, plus Japanese

It all depending on strategy and the “deal” made with South Korean government.

I don’t think there will be a war .... NK would cease to exist.
