Christian jukebox (good clean music to listen to)

It’s surrealist. A lot of his lyrics make no sense.

like the line:

“I wanna find a blue swirl plastic ocarina
About five miles long”

Edit: according to John French, the drummer with the band, it’s a reference to acupressure, the big toe being one of the main pressure points.

Please read the lyrics to each song before posting to make sure there’s no swear words.

Thanks.

The Hebrew word cushi or kushi is an affectionate term generally used in the Bible to refer to a dark-skinned person of African descent.

I wonder if the drummer was telling the truth, if that was the alternate explanation. Kind of like when the Beatles said Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds wasn’t about LSD. Anyone who’s done LSD and seen the video knows that isn’t true.

I was waiting to hear some Coltrane! 😎

I posted blue train by John Coltrane somewhere in here. I love the intro and outro to that song 🙂

Name of song : A thousand years

Please give the name of song and singer below the video in order that others would not be repeating the same song. It will also be easier to search for that particular video. Thanks.

Daydream -

Scientists have discovered that daydreaming is an important tool for creativity. It causes a rush of activity in a circuit, which connects different parts of the brain and allows the mind to make new associations.

This reminds me of how we used to form soul train lines before class and dance when I was in high school 🙂
