BLR is one of my favorite channels! From what I read from when it was first getting popular, it's actually run by one man who hasn't yet shared his name and who does all the voices himself, only using editing (and of course probably changing his voice naturally)  to do the different voices especially female ones. If you listen closely and watch a lot of their videos, you can tell. I believe the article mentioned he got into doing it because his mom is/was deaf and learned lip reading from her, though with him being not very good. 

 

Edit:  I just checked on Wikipedia, and apparently to this day he is still anonymous. That's refreshing considering how many people are striving for fame and attention on YouTube and social media these days as a version of themselves.
