My favorite flowers/plants/shrubs for their fragrance and beauty are:

Clematis "Queen Elizabeth" Montana (This climber flowers abundantly, each flower has four pale pink petals with yellow centre, it has the scent of delicate sweet chocolate)

Fresia

Stock

Gardenia

Lavender (when you brush by it)

Daphne

and Stargazers (Pink Oriental Lilies)

Seeing the photo of the bleeding hearts reminded me that my mum always refers to them as "bosuns bloomers" !

Moises can you identify those plants/flowers for us? I love the pattern on the black one on the bottom. Very cool, like puzzle pieces. I often wonder if Jehovah, as he was creating, allowed input by Michael and the other angels when making the variety of things we now have. Bug, flowers, animals? It sure would be cool to find that info out.

Dear Sister Chris. I think in the same way Jehovah let's us help in the life saving work of preaching Jehovah used and enjoyed working closely with the Angels in creation. The flowers showed in the pictures are the most foul smelling giant flowers known to man.

Mom said my first sentence ever was: "Please pass the broccoli"

92723=5158-broccoli_4.jpg It shocked her. note: I am not much for veggies - I am sure that is what shocked her the most :lol1:

Gabe do you have red Hibiscus that grow there? We have all kinds here in Florida. It is sub-tropical where I live. Yet we are too high up for this most wonderful tree called the Royal Poinciana or Flame Tree. I miss this beauty from Miami tropics, where I lived for many years.

Royal Poinciana

How beautiful Chris are those trees. up in Qld there are many streets lined with those trees they are firey. and around the beaches we have the red hibiscus

I just found the rose my grandfather use to grow. this is the one you can use to make the white vinegar turn pink looks fancy and the taste doesn't change but the perfum is also goregeous .
